If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return uninstalled fixtures in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely
Place the item in its original box with all internal protective cushioning and include the printed RMA form.

Ship Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund
Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
